Jokha al-Harthi : ウィキペディア英語版 | Jokha al-Harthi Jokha al-Harthi is an Omani writer and academic. She was born in 1978 and educated in Oman and the UK. She obtained her PhD in classical Arabic literature from Edinburgh University. She is currently an associate professor in the Arabic department at Sultan Qaboos University.〔(The Tanjara blog )〕 al-Harthi has published two collections of short stories and two novels (''Manamat'' and ''Sayyidat el-Qamar''), as of November 2011.〔(Author's website )〕 She has also authored academic works.
